Ibobi Singh of Uchiwa Awang Leikai laga mota bacha 2011 te murai diya nimete charge kurishe.Aro police FIR te koishe Ranbir toh encounter te mura ase .SIT pora koishe etu toh murder ase aro encounter khan okobi hoanai.Ranbir ke murai diya toh tai logote Rs  2 lakh thaka nimete ase etu poisa toh etu mura manu laga haath te thakishe tai ghor pora jaa time te hoilebi etu poisa toh paanai investigation officer pora ,SIT aro bi koikena janaishe.SIT ola toh July 14  te supreme court pora order dikena ola ase fake encounters laga khilaaf te  public interest litigation (PIL) diya pichede .Etia tak SIT pora   20 security personnel uporte khilaaf hoikena chargesheet file kura se .Apex court pora 52 cases toh saidibi koikena janaishe hoilebi SIT pora etia tak 7 ta hi khotom kurikena ase.Apex court kha pora Manipur fake encounter cases hunibole ase September 4 te etu logote alag petition thakibo komti hoilebi 300 army personnel khan pora kura toh kun pora challenged kurishe FIR registration kura te armed forces laga members khan laga khilaaf   Manipur aro Jammu and Kashmir te operations khan  kura laga .Etu jaka khan te Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act (AFSPA) dhalikena ase.
