Deputy Commissioner of Police, Special Cell, New Delhi para order deya deh koise, “Law and order situation ke saijai kena sob types laga communication i.e. voice, SMS aro internet toh 0900 hours to 1300 hours tak 19-12-2019 para bondh kuribole janaishe”.
