Police report hisab te, etu FIR (Sadar PS Case No. 53/2025) April 7, 2025 te register kora hoise Krishna Ghimerey naam ekjon manu para, jun 40 saal laga ase, Lower Pamphok, Namthang para aahise aru aji kal Hotel Lemon Tree, Sichey, Gangtok te thake. Ghimerey laga complain te tai koise ki April 7 din dupor 2:00 baje te, Ganesh Rai aru tai party laga manu khan illegal bhab te Star Mall laga construction site te dhukise aru claim korise ki itu building illegally banai thakise.
Complain te etu bhi mention kora ase ki etu group dhamki dise ki jodi construction kaam turant bondh nohoi, taile consequences face koribo lagibo. Etu karone complainant police te formal complaint file korise.
Case register kora hoise Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 laga Section 329(3), 351(2), aru 3(5) te. Ekjon manu ke Section 170 of BNSS, 2023 te detain korise aru dui ta vehicle ke Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 te challan kora hoise.
