Tembe clear korise ki etu provision hissa te private unaided (non-minority) school khan ke nijor neighbourhood te thaka weaker section aru disadvantaged group laga bacha khan—jaiman ki Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), orphans, aru HIV-affected bacha—ke Class I te admission dibo lage aru elementary education free aru compulsory hissa te complete koribo dibo lage. Etu initiative laga main aim hoise socio-economic disparity komai di bole aru quality education access sobke equal dibi karone.
Etu directive State Sensitization aru Training Programme te repeat kora hoise, juntu May 27 pora 30 tak DERT Annexe, Shillong te rakha hoise Section 12(1)(c) of the RTE Act, 2009 implementation karone.
