MLA Mizoram Assembly Speaker: Lalduhoma’s disqualification toh etia tak huwanai

October 12 2020: Speaker Lalrinliana Sailo  koishe ki  Mizoram Assembly khan etia  tak decision  luwa  etu  bi petition  te etu bi  independent MLA and Zo People’s Movement Legislature Party leader Lalduhoma ke  ke hatabole  nimete.

Section 2 (2) 10 schedule constitution te koishe  ki house  laga  ekta chuna  member kun ke chunishe nohoile toh ekta  candidate   political   party para  setup kura toh  hatijabo House laga  member para judi tai election huwa pichede   dusra political party te ahise.

Etu  pichede  assembly para show cause notice dishe    lalduhoma ke    September 24 te etu  bi tai para explaination  mangikena tai ke kile  hatidibo  hudikena.

Tai kuwa hisaab te  dusra  37 candidates   logote tai ke ZPM 2018 Assembly polls nimete official candidate bonaishe.

Tai koikena  janaishe ki Komti hoilebi sob milaikena 38 candidates  khan independent tickets te  kile koile toh ZPM para  registration loikena thakanai   etu nomination file  kura samay te   kuntu toh  ekta normal  procedure ase.

IPS officer-turned-politician para aro bi koishe tai para dusra party nohoile toh     anti defection law toh nohoile toh 10th schedule constitution  laga   violate kuranai.

Lalduhoma  para aro bi speaker ke koishe  petition toh reject kuribole  nimete kile koile etu  te ekta  complainants  khan bi  clause 6 of “The Members of Mizoram Legislative Assembly (Disqualification on the Ground of Defection) Rules 1987 follow  kuranai.
