Etu petition toh BJP Delhi leader Ashwani Upadhyay para file kora laga ase. Etu states te education aro government jobs para laab pabole mangki ase. Court para petitioner ke eku specific date toh bona nai hoilebi tai ke etu issue toh thek wala authorities ke janaidebole koise.
Upadhyay koise, kon Constitution laga Articles 29 aro 30 pithor laga minority protection, Constitution laga Articles 15(5) aro (6), Right to Education Act laga provisions aro Government laga welfare programmes, etc nesana te nai etu khan etu measures para kushi mania ase. Etu toh sabha desh te Constitution laga Articles 14 aro 21 te violate kora laga ase.
Upadhyay koise, Hindus toh national data hisaab te majority community ase hoilebi besi phak north-eastern states aro Jammu and Kashmir te minorities ase. Tai aro koise, etu states te Hindu community toh minority communities ke powah laab napai kena ase.
Etu PIL ahiya toh Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) aro National Register of Citizens (NRC) te kelaaf korikena protests ola thaga majode ase. Students groups aro opposition parties toh CAA te kelaaf korikena rasta te olaise. Etu CAA te Pakistan, Bangladesh aro Afghanistan laga non-Muslims ke Indian citizenship debole laga ase. Opposition parties para etu CAA toh ‘discriminatory’ aro ‘unconstitutional’ act ase koikena government ke kelaaf korise.
