Monday din Raj Bhavan release te koishe ki Handique etu office te paanch sal tak bui nohoile toh tai 70 sal nohoa tak Gauhati University Act, 1947 laga bithor te kuntu joldi hobo.
Aro koishe ki Etia Handique toh Department of Bio-technology, Gauhati University laga professor ase.
