• General ward: Rs 2,500
• Semi-private ward/semi-cabin: Rs 5,000
• Private ward/cabin: Rs 10,000
Government employee, contract staff aru muster roll te thaka manuh khan monthly contribution Rs 200 pora Rs 1,500 dibo lagibo, tar pay scale upor te depend kori, jate unlimited health cover pai.
Civil pensioner khan Rs 500 pora Rs 1,000 monthly payment dibo lagibo, aru private/semi-private ward te cashless treatment pai, with health cover Rs 5 lakh pora Rs 12 lakh tak.
Centre laga AB PM-JAY scheme under te golden card thaka beneficiary khan ke MUHCS under te register koribo karone kunuba registration fee dibo nokoribo.
