Tripura: alag alag rape cases te duijun thurishe

AUGUST 19.2020:Tripura te   alag alag chotu bacha ke rape kura laga  cases te police khan para duita manu ke thurishe .

Police koishe  “etu juwan manu khan ke  section 376 (3) (rape) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and section 4 (penetrative sexual assault) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act 2012 bithor te   booked kurishe.”

Etu complaint toh rape para bachikena  thaka baba  para   ek haafta akhe etu hadsaa  huwa  pichede  dishe.

Aro ekta case te ekta 15 umar maiki ke  Sunday te Bishramganj, Sepahijala district bithor te  gange rape kurishe.

Etu accused laga  khilaaf  section 376 (2) (g) (gang rape) IPC aro  section 4 (penetrative sexual assault) of the POCSO Act, 2012 Bishramganj police station Monday t e  booked kurishe.

Police khobor dishe  ki ekta accused ke thurishe aro  etia tai   judicial custody te ase.Police khan etu hadsaa te chan bin kuri ase.

Aro bi khobor paishe ki august moina te ekta Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) jawan  ke  Unakoti district te ekta 17 umar maiki ke rape kura nimete charge kurishe.

Ekta  54 umar manu ke t hurishe tai laga  ghor osorte thaka  chotu bacha  ke  Sepahijala district te rape kura nimete.

July te duita  chotu bacha ke rape kura hadsaa toh Khowai district te hoishe.
