CrPC laga Section 41 te enika lekhikena ase ki kono police officer bi, magistrate laga aadesh nathaki kena bi aro warrant nathaki kena bi manu khan ke thuribole paribo. Section 47 pora thuribole bisara manu khusiya jakka ke bisaribole laga powers bi diye.
Section 48 te koikena ase ki police officer pora, warrant nathaki kena bi tai pora thuribole aadesh diya manu ke bisaribole nimite, India laga kono jakka te bi jabole paribo. Section 49 laga hisab te, thuriya manu ke tai bolaibole naparibo soman bandiya opor te aalag dukh nadibo laage.
Assam Rifles toh Northeast te counter-insurgency force majote sobse aage te ase.
Armed Forces (Special Powers) Act, kono Northeast laga jakka te julai ase, etu pora bi Sepahi khan ke etu nisina powers diye.
